Yes — born in the south of France, classically trained in French grand-hotel kitchens, with a decade of fine-dining experience before moving to Orlando.
What kind of French food do you cook?
Classical French technique with a modern touch — Provençal seafood, Burgundy braises, sauces, fresh pasta, soufflés, French pastry. Menus are composed for each booking.
Do you only cook French food?
